1994 was the year the changed the game. Twenty one years later we see Nas returning to Australia for the second time, and this time he will perform Illmatic in full. In January he will hit Brisbane, Sydney, the Sugar Mountain Festival in Melbourne, and finishes up in Perth. Confirmed is the full track list from Illmatic for the tour, and thankfully, Nas will also be performing other tracks from his 20 year catalogue.
Time is Illmatic, a documentary about the iconic album, will have it’s official Australian release in January to coincide with the tour, for those of us that can’t be bothered with the absolute sham of delayed broadcast, can peep the doco in a less unofficial way to get hype for this tour.
